The client needed a comprehensive grocery delivery solution that could manage everything from customer orders to delivery logistics and store operations. The main challenges included developing a mobile app that works seamlessly on both Android and iOS, integrating real-time delivery tracking, managing multiple store inventories, and offering flexible delivery options like store pickup and home delivery. Additionally, the system required a powerful admin panel for store owners to manage products, offers, delivery personnel, and order statuses efficiently. Ensuring performance, scalability, and user-friendliness across all components was critical to meeting both business and user expectations.

Our Solution

To address the client’s needs, we developed a complete grocery delivery ecosystem with a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter, ensuring smooth performance on both Android and iOS devices. The app allows users to browse items, place orders, choose between home delivery or store pickup, and track deliveries in real-time. For backend operations, we built a robust admin panel using Laravel, giving store owners full control over inventory, orders, offers, delivery staff, and store settings. The solution is designed for scalability, enabling multi-store support and efficient management of high-volume transactions. This end-to-end system simplifies the entire grocery shopping and delivery process for both customers and retailers.
